When Paula moved to Paris, she brought with her an unusual mix: a background as a telecom engineering student, a fashion degree from RISD, and a deep love for vintage.

Drawn to the charm of Parisian second-hand shops, she spent hours talking with store owners—only to discover how hard it was for them to bring their unique pieces online. The process was slow, manual, and costly. Shocked by how inaccessible second-hand fashion still was in the digital space, and driven by her passion for sustainability, Paula decided to put her technical skills to work. Oly was born from that mission: to help vintage stores thrive online, and to make circular fashion easy, scalable, and beautifully simple.
